  Chris Castro

Hello! My name is Chris Castro (Mr.C) and I am from Toronto, Canada. My hobbies include raising pets, playing sports, 
mountain climbing, cooking and traveling. 

My favorite part of Beijing is everything inside the second ring road. It’s less dense than the rest of the city and holds a 
great deal of Beijing culture - I love the hutongs.

As a teacher, I help students relax, be comfortable, and explore their new English environment so that learning is natural 
and easy. In this environment, students learn English as a second mother tongue.

In addition, I enjoy watching the kids growth and development of both their personality and curiosity; it’s wonderful 
when my students say or do something that surprises me!

When my students carry on their journey of life without me, I hope they retain their passion for learning and inquisitive nature.
